All projects are bound by a written agreement outlining project details, schedules, and payment terms. In case of delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen factors, we will notify clients promptly and reschedule accordingly.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure the project area is accessible and provide any necessary approvals for landscaping work. Clear communication regarding design preferences and site conditions helps us deliver the best results efficiently.

5. Plant & Material Standards

We use high-quality plants, soil, fertilizers, and landscaping materials that meet industry standards. Substitutions due to availability will only be made with client consent. LeafLine is not responsible for plant loss due to improper care after project completion.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested before the start of the project. Refund eligibility depends on the work completed and materials purchased. Deposits for design and plant procurement may be non-refundable.

7. Warranties & Maintenance

We offer a limited warranty on plant installations and garden structures for a specified period. Warranty does not cover damages from extreme weather, pests, or neglect. Optional maintenance packages are available to keep your garden thriving year-round.

8. Environmental Compliance

All LeafLine projects comply with local environmental and landscaping regulations. We prioritize sustainable practices such as water-efficient irrigation, organic soil treatment, and eco-safe fertilizers to protect nature and biodiversity.
